Technology Provider Exemption: QVTX provides blockchain settlement technology, not money transmission services (FinCEN FIN-2019-G001)
Agent of the Payee: QVTX acts as agent of the payee under written agreement (31 CFR § 1010.100(ff)(5)(ii)(A))
Token Classification: QVTX tokens are digital property you own, NOT deposits or stored value
Non-Custodial: You control your own wallet keys; QVTX has no custody of your tokens
Technology Fee: 10% technology fee applies to all transactions for use of proprietary settlement tech
